Welcome to the MH2G Rewards Program: Earn Points on Every Purchase

It definitely pays to go with our MH2G Rewards Program. Every time you make a purchase at MH2G (Modern Home 2 Go), you'll receive points based on your purchase amount. It's a great way to save BIG on your next purchase, whether it's for you or someone special. It doesn't matter if you purchase online or at one of our fabulous showrooms.

Here's how it works:

1. Once you've placed your order and it has 'shipped' (meaning Delivered or Picked Up), you will earn 1 point for every dollar spent on our products.
2. During certain 'Promotional Periods' we may add extra points, these will be advertised in our showroom and on our website so that our customers are aware of how fast the points are accruing.
3. Your MH2G Rewards Points will be redeemable immediately for the next purchase right after the initial order has been 'Shipped'.
4. To view your MH2G Rewards, simply go to MH2G Rewards in your Login screen.
5. Just enter the total amount (in points) you'd like to redeem (20 points = $1). This will create a Gift Certificate with a US$ amount.
6. Once you Redeem your points then you can view your MH2G Gift Certificates balance, simply go to View credit certificate balance in your Login screen.
7. You're now ready to save on your next purchase. Upon placing your order, your available MH2G Rewards Gift Certificate will automatically be deducted from the total purchase amount, that way if there is a balance to pay then you just pay that lower amount.
8. If you don't use all of the balance on the Gift Certificate then whatever is unused will be available for the next purchase.
9. The MH2G Rewards points remain in your account for up to one year after the order is 'Shipped'.
10. Please note that when redeeming the Gift Card created by the MH2G Rewards program, you do not earn any additional MH2G Rewards points on any payment that you make.

MH2G Rewards Program Terms & Conditions

When you participate in our MH2G Rewards ("Program"), you agree to be bound by these Program Terms and Conditions. ModernHome2Go reserves the right at any time and from time to time, without notice, to add to, remove from, change or terminate the Program; for example, ModernHome2Go may change the Program benefits, MyReward credit levels, Program affiliations or redemption offers at any time without notice. Participants are responsible for accessing these sites in order to keep informed of Program features applicable to Participants' rights and responsibilities with regard to the Program.

MH2G Reward credits accrue and may be redeemed in accordance with these Program Terms and Conditions. ModernHome2Go may further restrict the Program based on your place of residence.

When you obtain MH2G Reward credits, you have obtained a limited license from ModernHome2Go as described in these Program Terms and Conditions. Accrued MH2G Reward credits are not your property. MH2G Reward credits are not transferable under any conditions, including upon a Participant's death, as part of a domestic relations matter, or in any other matter, and any purported transfer or exchange of MH2G Reward credits is null and void. Accrued MH2G Reward credits may not be combined with any other Program Participant's MH2G Reward credits. All accrued MH2G Reward credits will be forfeited upon your withdrawal from or termination of the Program.

MH2G Reward credits have no MONETARY value and may not be combined with any other offer, discount, coupon or promotion. MH2G REWARDS CREDITS CAN NEVER BE CONVERTED TO CASH OR REFUNDED, EVEN UPON CANCELLATION OF YOUR ACCOUNT BY YOU OR TERMINATION OR SUSPENSION OF YOUR ACCOUNT BY US.

To the fullest extent allowed by law, ModernHome2Go retains ownership rights in any and all MH2G Reward credits and grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use MH2G Reward credits only as specifically designated by ModernHome2Go as part of the Program. In the event that your account is cancelled or terminated by you or by ModernHome2Go for any reason, then you will no longer have the right to use any MH2G Reward credits stored in or otherwise associated with your account, without any compensation to you or any liability of ModernHome2Go. Once MH2G Reward credits are deleted from your account, they will not be reinstated, except at ModernHome2Go's sole discretion. Your only recourse and rights, if any, with respect to MH2G Reward credits obtained by you is to redeem such MH2G Reward credits in accordance with these Program Terms and Conditions pursuant tåço eligible redemption offers as specifically designated ModernHome2Go from time to time in ModernHome2Go's sole discretion.

You are encouraged to redeem MH2G Reward credits stored in your account, certainly within one year of them being available. ModernHome2Go reserves the right, at any time and for any reason, to terminate the Program or to otherwise cease to allow any and all uses of MH2G Reward credits previously permitted. In such cases, ModernHome2Go generally will attempt to provide advance notice to Participants and an opportunity for Participants to redeem then-existing MH2G Reward credits for eligible offers, as designated at such time by ModernHome2Go in its sole discretion; however, ModernHome2Go makes no guarantee there will be any such redemption offers available at such time.

The availability of any feature or aspect of the Program cannot be guaranteed. The existence of a particular offer available for redemption of MH2G Reward credits is not a commitment by ModernHome2Go to maintain or continue to make such offers in the future. MH2G Reward credits required for any redemption offer may increase at any time. The scope, variety, and type of offers that may be available for redemption of MH2G Reward credits can change at any time. ModernHome2Go has no obligation to continue making offers available for redemption of MH2G Reward credits. In addition, we may limit your use of MH2G Reward credits stored in your account, including applying limits to: the number of MH2G Reward credits you may have stored in or credited to your account balance at one time, the number of MH2G Reward credits you may redeem within a given time period (for example, one day), or the number of MH2G Reward credits you may obtain per promotion. We also may remove MH2G Reward credits from your account if they are posted to your account in connection with an activity that is subsequently voided, canceled, or involves a return.

Participant Eligibility

• Only one MH2G Reward account allowed per individual.
• Provision of false information or omission of any information requested on any Program enrollment or redemption form or receipt may be grounds for denial of enrollment and/or accrual of MH2G Reward credit in the Participant's account.

How MH2G Rewards Add Up

When you purchase, for example, $1000, you will earn 1000 points (1 point per dollar). When you redeem (cash in) the points, then each 20 points is worth a dollar, therefore providing a 5% discount (or $50 in this example) on your next purchase.

If you believe that you have validly obtained any MH2G Reward credits that have not posted to your account, then you must contact us within 2 months after the date you claimed to have obtained MH2G Reward credits. You acknowledge and agree that we may require reasonable documentation to support your claim and our resolution of your claim after our internal customer service review processes will be considered binding and final by you.

Reward Redemption

• All redemption offers are subject to availability. Certain restrictions may apply to specific redemption offers.
• After a Participant has redeemed MH2G Reward credits, the Participant will not be able to exchange, refund, or return the credits for redeposit in the Participant's account.
• By redeeming a MH2G Reward, the Participant releases ModernHome2Go, subsidiaries, and affiliates from any and all liability regarding the Program or any redemption or use of MH2G Reward credits. ModernHome2Go is not responsible for replacing lost, stolen, or mutilated gift certificates, merchandise, or anything else obtained by redemption of MH2G Reward credits.

Miscellaneous

Participants are responsible for all taxes, liabilities, surcharges, and any other fees associated with participation in the Program. To the fullest extent allowed by law, ModernHome2Go makes no warranty, express or implied, regarding merchantability, fitness for a particular use, or otherwise, regarding the Program or anything obtained by redemption of MH2G Reward credits, AND ModernHome2Go is not liable or responsible for special, incidental, punitive, consequential, or exemplary damages arising from or related to the Program or use in any manner of anything obtained by redemption.

You acknowledge and agree that the results of our internal customer service review processes will be considered binding and final by you with respect to any and all matters arising from or related to the Program. ModernHome2Go may audit any Participant's account at any time, with or without notice to the Participant, to ensure compliance with these Program Terms and Conditions. ModernHome2Go, in its sole discretion, may cancel, suspend, or otherwise limit your access to MH2G Reward credits stored in your account if there is any suspicious, fraudulent, abusive, or unlawful activity associated with your account. If we cancel, suspend, or otherwise limit access to MH2G Reward credits stored in your account, your right to use MH2G Reward credits stored in your account immediately ceases. We will use reasonable efforts to investigate accounts that are subject to access limitations and to reach a final decision on the limitations promptly. ModernHome2Go reserves the right to pursue legal action in the event of fraud, misrepresentation, abuse, or violation of the Program Terms and Conditions.

The Program is subject to applicable government laws, rules, and regulations. Void where prohibited.
