Chairs are unsuitable	Wednesday, July 29, 2026
Reviewer: Allan Rexinger from Pompano beach , FL United States

The six chairs are unsuitable for use because the pencil thin legs dig into the rug and one cannot scootch the chairs forward or backwards in an attempt to sit down.
I submitted a customer complaint form on July 23, 2026 requesting an exchange to chairs that have a sleigh-like base that would work in my home. This request is submitted pursuant to Florida Statute 501.142 "Unsuitability Standard" which requires merchants to allow an exchange or refund within seven days. The customer complain department is to respond within five business days which is COB today, July 29, 2206. Please respond.
